What counts as an ingested signal?
Any metric data point, trace span, log line, or RUM event processed by Lumen in a billing month. Heartbeat checks and agent health pings are free and never counted.
What happens when we exceed pooled signal volume?
Ingestion continues uninterrupted. Overage bills at $0.06/GB, and you can configure soft caps that alert or hard caps that throttle low-priority streams at any threshold.
Can we retain data longer than 30 days?
Radiance plans offer configurable retention up to two years, with cold-tier archiving for cost efficiency. Beacon customers can add extended retention as an add-on.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
