What counts as an “active seat”?
A teammate who syncs at least one change in a billing month. Viewers, guests, and dormant accounts are always free.
What happens if we exceed our pooled storage?
Nothing dramatic. Overage bills at $0.04/GB-month, and you can set soft caps that alert — or hard caps that pause new uploads — at any threshold.
Can we self-host or pin data to a region?
